APTA Pediatrics reserves the right to cancel the Annual Conference, in which case all monies paid by an individual will be reimbursed. Should the Annual Conference be moved to an online format due to unforeseen circumstances, monies paid will be transferred to the online course unless an individual requests reimbursement.
Substitutions may be made if a registered individual is unable to attend the Annual Conference. A $50 administrative fee enables individuals to transfer registration to another person by emailing info@pediatricapta.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions may be made until the start of the course; payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.
On-Demand Conference registrants who must cancel their registration may do so prior to taking any part of the conference by following the instructions in the registration materials. Cancellations will be refunded for fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee.
