Dory Wallace's career as an Occupational Therapist and researcher has been focused on the implementation of intensive therapies, specifically ACQUIRE Therapy. She has been treating and supervising in the delivery of this type of therapy for over 19 years. She is currently a Co-PI on the I-ACQUIRE Multi-site RCT of Intensive Infant Rehabilitation, the first randomized controlled trial of this form of infant rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in research and development of intensive therapies for diagnoses that do not have evidence-based findings for intensive pediatric rehabilitation, e.g. children diagnosed with quadriparesis and/or global developmental delay.
